| Our family has been going to Dan's Auto for the past several years. They perform high quality work and never try to upsell you on a repair. They tell us their honest opinion about any issues they find with the car and when we need it fixed so we have time to plan for the repair cost. In the most recent service I brought my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. After I got it back the car was making a funny noise, I brought it back and they determined it was an ovsersight when cleaning the brake pads and they would fix it with no charge. I appreciated the integrity of owning the error and promptly fixing it! |

| I brought my car in to fix my AC. It was blowing warm air. I made the appointment online and requested to wait while the work was done. They got the wrong response from the third-party appointment vendor and thought I was leaving the car for the day. Instead of telling me I was out of luck they agreed to take a look at the AC problem right away and if it wasn't anything major, I could wait. 45 minutes later my car was sitting out front with the AC blasting ice cold air and I was on my my way. The technician went thru the process they did to check for leaks and didn't find any. You just don't get service like this these days unless you go to Dan's! Thanks gain for another great experience! |
